Hey there, I’m Mikaela, the founder of The Eunoia Center. Having worked as a psychotherapist for nearly two decades, I had a front-row seat to people’s personal and interpersonal development journeys. I noticed that traditional talk therapy helped my clients cope, but it wasn’t leading them to true healing. Patterns of conflict, triggers, and avoidance still haunted them.

Determined to find a solution, I researched other ways to help my clients heal. That’s when I discovered the power of the subconscious mind in storing traumas, memories, and beliefs. I also learned about the transformative power of thought and how achieving deep personal transformation requires changing our thinking at the subconscious level.

So, I set out to learn Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, Eye Movement Integration, and NLP. After applying these skills with my therapy clients, the results were incredible! My clients were truly transformed, liberated from the chains of hurt, trauma, and limiting beliefs.

As I continued my own journey, I noticed many friends, clients, and family members were moving away from traditional religious dogma toward spirituality, indigenous wisdom, and a personal relationship with Source. I was inspired to create a space where science and spirituality could coexist harmoniously, emphasizing the power of thought and sound mind.
